Susanna Phillips

Susanna Gocke Phillips was raised in Raleigh and graduated from East Carolina University. Prior to joining Lee Crouch’s team at Intracoastal, Susanna worked on Figure Eight Island with Figure Eight Realty for 21 years. Susanna is married to Brad Phillips, owner and president of Pages Creek Marine, and together they have three children. Zack, 18 is a freshman at UNC and twin daughters, Mandie and Allie are juniors in High School. With her love of our local waters and beaches and 20 plus years experience on Figure Eight, Susanna feels confident that she can assist you or your friends with buying, selling homes on Figure Eight, Wrightsville Beach or surrounding areas.
